1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, booking, registering or using any service of S-CARE Home Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and all future updates.

2. Service Scope

S-CARE provides doorstep repair, installation, maintenance, cleaning, inspection, consultation and related technical support services through trained professionals, third-party partners and internal technicians.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be legally capable of entering binding contracts. Minors must use services under supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to technician availability, service area coverage, weather conditions, safety concerns, stock availability and operational capacity. S-CARE reserves the right to reschedule, reject or cancel bookings when necessary.

5. Pricing Policy

Displayed prices may be estimated, promotional or starting prices. Final charges depend on inspection, spare parts, complexity, urgency, location, taxes and actual work required.

6. Inspection Charges

Inspection, visiting, diagnosis or consultation charges may apply even if the customer decides not to proceed with repair.

7. Spare Parts & Materials

Spare parts may be original, compatible, OEM or market sourced depending on availability. Warranty terms for spare parts may vary by brand, supplier and category.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Service warranty, if offered, is limited only to the specific repaired issue and valid for the mentioned duration. Misuse, voltage fluctuation, water damage, tampering or unrelated faults are excluded.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access, correct address, working contact number, electricity/water supply if needed, and a hazard-free environment.

10. Delays

Arrival times are estimated. Traffic, weather, emergency calls, technical delays or operational constraints may affect schedules.

11. Cancellations

Repeated false bookings, unreachable numbers, abusive behavior or unsafe conditions may result in cancellation without notice.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds, if approved, are processed as per company review and payment mode timelines. Inspection charges, travel fees or completed work charges may be non-refundable.

13. Digital Payments

Users agree to pay via approved payment methods including cash, UPI, cards, wallets or bank transfer where available.

14. Technician Conduct

Any misconduct claim must be reported with evidence within 24 hours of service completion.

15. Customer Conduct

Threatening, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful behavior toward staff or partners may lead to blacklisting and legal action.

16. Property Risk

Customers are advised to secure valuables, pets and sensitive items before service begins.

17. Appliance Condition

Old, rusted, modified or previously damaged appliances may carry repair risk. S-CARE is not liable for pre-existing faults.

18. Third Party Services

Some services may be delivered through verified partners. S-CARE may coordinate but partner-specific limitations may apply.

19. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, designs, texts, media and website content belong to S-CARE Home Services and may not be copied without written permission.

20. Data Usage

By using our platform, users consent to storing booking data, communication records and service history for support and operations.

21. Marketing Consent

Users may receive promotional messages, updates or offers unless opted out.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S-CARE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or business loss damages.

23. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disaster, strike, pandemic, network failure, riots or events beyond control.

24. Fraud Prevention

Fake claims, chargeback abuse, identity misuse or fraudulent bookings may be reported to relevant authorities.

25. Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of competent courts where the company operates or is registered.

26. Policy Updates

These terms may be modified anytime without prior notice. Continued use means acceptance of revised terms.
